TreeGrace Farms started in Lubbock, Texas on 259 acres of
farmland. There, an underground drip irrigation system provides an
energy-efficient and water-saving method for growing crops organically in
West Texas.

We grow delicious watermelons and cantaloupes as well as
wholesome Valencia peanuts, which are supplied to the local United
Supermarkets and regional Whole Foods Markets. The following are grown
in the vegetable patch: spaghetti squash, collard greens, spinach, leaf
lettuce, tomatoes, eggplants, okra, black-eyed peas, zucchini, gourds.
Our family of farmers come from the West Texas area and have been growing
crops organically for three generations. Through crop rotation, soil
building techniques, the addition of all organic inputs, the promotion of
beneficial insects and microorganisms, we strive to produce healthy crops
for healthy communities.
TreeGrace Farms in Kaufman County, Texas is located on
4,250 acres of ranchland, nearby the Dallas/Fort Worth area. There we
produce hay, oats, wheat, grain sorghum and soybeans. The products head
into the open organic commodities markets as well as to the Texas organic
grain and feed markets. TreeGrace Farms is currently collaborating with
industry leaders on the development of a certified organic mixed feed ration
for dairy and cattle farms in Texas.
In Terrell, Texas our 1200 acre cattle ranch over 800 acres of grazing land,
over 40 acres of spring fed lakes and over 200 aces of Oak forests. This
property is a production base for certified organic forages. We anticipate
the slow but deliberate transition of our cattle to organic certification
over the coming years.
TreeGrace Farms currently works with a diverse group of
farmers, offering contracts on production to growers in areas of peanuts,
pecans, oats, wheat, grain sorghum, corn and soybeans. We have the ability
to contract on current and future crops and we provide our partner growers
with top market prices. We are currently developing a profit sharing
program with our in house production team in order to find additional ways
to move money back to the farm.
